We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Automotive Administrative Assistant to handle key administrative tasks such as processing invoices, purchase orders, and data entry. This full-time role supports the day-to-day operations of our Fleet Services department. Ideal candidates are organized, communicate well, and are comfortable with Microsoft Excel. Automotive or fleet experience is a plus but not required. Work full-time Monday through Friday with a dynamic team dedicated to accuracy and efficiency.
