We are seeking Mechanical Assemblers to join a growing team that manufactures industry-leading aviation refueling trucks and fueling systems. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a hands-on production environment assembling complex mechanical systems used throughout the aviation industry.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coatesville, PA. This is a fully onsite position in Coatesville, PA.

This position is anticipated to close on Oct 26, 2026.

Responsibilities

As a Mechanical Assembler, you will play a key role in building aviation refueling equipment from the ground up. Responsibilities include:

• Assemble aviation refueler trucks, pump modules, and mechanical components.
• Install prefabricated parts onto truck chassis.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings.
• Install hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and assembly equipment.
• Perform assembly tasks before and after truck completion.
• Conduct work safely while following all company policies and procedures.
• Assist with additional manufacturing and assembly duties as needed.

Requirements

Required skills

• Mechanical assembly or automotive mechanic experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to work from blueprints and technical drawings.

Preferred qualifications

• Understanding of 12V electrical systems.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure (1/8" and 1/16" increments).
• Ability to convert feet and inches.
• Valid driver's license.

Pay and benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
