Automotive BDC Representative

Are you motivated and enjoy engaging with people? This role suits you perfectly if you like handling inbound internet and phone customers and earning commission based on your performance. No prior automotive experience is required as we offer paid training and continuous support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to leads via internet, phone, text, and email
• Schedule and confirm showroom appointments
• Maintain CRM with accurate customer data
• Follow up consistently with prospects
• Meet or exceed performance targets
• Collaborate closely with sales teams

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable managing high call volume
• Organized, reliable, and goal-oriented
• Professional demeanor
• Flexible schedule including some Saturdays
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred (Not Required): Experience in BDC, call center, inside sales, retail, hospitality, or automotive dealership. Bilingual candidates encouraged.
