Automotive BOM Change Coordinator
Join our team to support engineering program deliverables by coordinating non-design attributes in FEDEBOM, leading DV test planning & vehicle scheduling, and ensuring prototype and production tool orders are sent on time. This role requires strong coordination skills to manage change releases using WERS and to oversee test schedules that meet program milestone deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely release of changes to support program schedules
- Providing task completion dates to business owners
- Weekly status reporting of changes and tasks
- Escalation of delayed tasks
- Input of non-design attributes into FEDEBOM
- Publishing and updating Design Verification plans
- Managing test and vehicle usage schedules
- Ensuring timely prototype and tooling orders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree required
- Experience in Automotive Change and Release Coordination
- Preferred: Experience with Ford Motor Company, WERS, and FEDEBOM
