We're looking for experienced automotive professionals passionate about improving dealership efficiency and profitability. This full-time role requires high travel commitment, with up to five nights away weekly.
What you'll do:
- Establish strong customer relationships to enhance their business operations.
- Identify troubles in dealership processes and apply proven consulting strategies.
- Follow-up and maintain ongoing support to drive consulting sales.
Training & Compensation:
- 90-day comprehensive training including fieldwork, online courses, and classroom instruction.
- Base salary during training: $60,000 to $65,000.
- After training, quarterly bonuses with total targeted income of $75,000+.
