This fully remote, full-time contract role requires conducting thorough claims investigations, recorded statements, and liability establishment. Bring your negotiation and litigation skills to handle high-exposure claims professionally while working with top clients.

- Pay Rate: $35/hr
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in auto liability claims
- Active Adjuster License in Texas, California, Arizona, or New Mexico
- Skilled in litigation, coverage, damage evaluation, and policy interpretation
- Experience with domestic commercial trucking claims
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Spanish bilingualism preferred
