Overview: Join Welling Young, LLC and collaborate with a leading industry claims service provider in a fast-paced, growing Dallas-based national program. Manage 1st party damages to auto dealer inventory and handle auto damage claims from first notice to settlement and payment. Deliver quality claims management while ensuring compliance with internal and external standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned claims professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service and timely communication.
- Investigate claims thoroughly through contact with relevant parties.
- Coordinate with subrogation, risk management, and investigators.
- Conduct witness interviews and collect statements.
Requirements:
- 1-3+ years of Auto Physical Damage claims experience.
- Commercial auto experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
