Automotive Claims Adjuster

About the role

GTECH LLC in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking an experienced Auto Claims Adjuster to independently manage complex auto claims from investigation through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Handle auto physical damage, liability, disputed claims, comparative negligence, and total loss.
• Investigate coverage, assess damages, determine liability, and negotiate settlements.
• Manage an assigned claims inventory and ensure timely resolution.
• Use Guidewire ClaimCenter to document and process claims.
• Communicate proactively with claimants and collaborate with internal teams.
• Support catastrophe operations, including on-call duties, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of recent auto claims adjusting experience.
• Strong experience in physical damage and auto liability claims.
• Experience with coverage investigations, disputed liability, and comparative negligence.
• Ability to independently manage claims from start to finish.
• Must obtain required adjuster licensing within 90 days.
