Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional with a passion for precision and luxury vehicles? We're seeking an experienced Automotive Controller to lead our accounting department. This hands-on role combines financial management, day-to-day accounting operations, and collaboration with various departments to drive profitability in a premier retail environment.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements per GAAP
- Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and cash flow
- Partner with Sales, F&I, Service, and Parts managers
- Enforce internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance
- Oversee payroll and HR support
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years progressive dealership accounting experience
- Luxury automotive background preferred
- Expertise with Dealer Management Systems & advanced Excel
- Hands-on, proactive problem solver
