Immediate need for an experienced Automotive Dealership Controller to lead all accounting back-office operations with hands-on leadership and administrative support. You'll be responsible for managing dealership accounting functions, month-end closes, financial reporting, cash management, and ensuring compliance with policies. Candidates must have 5-10+ years' experience with OEM financial statements, dealer management systems like Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, or Dealertrack, and the ability to guide and multi-task within a dynamic dealership environment. This is a 100% onsite role requiring integrity, precision, and operational excellence.
