Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reports and ledgers
- Implement controls and ensure regulatory compliance
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management
- Lead month-end/year-end close process
- Manage and mentor a team of financial professionals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or CPA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance/accounting, preferably automotive/mortgage
- Strong GAAP knowledge, analytical skills, and leadership ability
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
