Immediate need for a hands-on Automotive Dealership Controller to lead accounting operations and ensure financial control and operational excellence. This 100% onsite role requires managing all dealership accounting functions, including month-end close, general ledger, bank reconciliations, OEM financial reporting, cash flow, risk management, and compliance. You will collaborate closely with leadership to optimize financial performance and safeguard assets. Candidates must have 5-10 years of dealership controller experience, proficiency with major Dealer Management Systems (Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, Dealertrack), and strong technical accounting skills specific to automotive dealerships.
