This key leadership role manages a team of traveling Corporate Controllers, supporting and developing dealership accounting teams across multiple states. Work from Chicago, Orlando, or West Palm Beach and enjoy a competitive salary ($225,000-$250,000/year) plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid vacation, and exclusive discounts.
Responsibilities: Lead and mentor accounting teams, coordinate travel and audits, uphold training standards, and serve as a key escalation point for complex financial issues.
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years in multi-unit dealership controller roles, CDK experience required, strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
