Key Responsibilities:
- Track vehicle receivables and contracts
- Manage deal posting, costing, and commission verification
- Ensure accuracy in rebate and lien payoffs
- Participate in month-end closing and oversee daily deal tracking
Requirements:
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and accounting software
- Dealership experience preferred, Reynolds & Reynolds experience a plus
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Must pass background, MVR, drug test, and hold valid driver's license
