Automotive Dealership Parts Specialist

About the role

Harry Brown's is looking for an experienced individual to provide excellent service to internal and external customers in its busy Parts Department. The role uses expert parts and accessories knowledge to identify, order, procure, and/or supply parts in a timely and efficient manner.

Harry Brown's Family Automotive is one of southeastern Minnesota's largest multi-line dealerships, offering sales, leasing, financing, servicing, and accessorizing of new and pre-owned vehicles. It has been locally owned and family operated since 1968.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and procure automotive parts and accessories, and/or answer questions about them.
• Ensure timely delivery of parts to internal and external customers.
• Process orders, collect payments, bill insurance, and update invoices.
• Return defective parts.
• Participate in inventory cycle counts and bin checks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 years’ experience working in a dealership parts department, demonstrating excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills, with the ability to multi-task during periods of high customer volume.
• Preference given to those with 2+ years' dealership experience.
