About the role

Our Detail Department is a great entry point into the automotive industry. You'll gain hands-on experience, learn how a successful dealership operates, and work alongside professionals in sales, service, parts, and management.

No dealership experience? No problem. We're looking for the right attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, and detail vehicles to ensure they're ready for our customers.
• Prepare vehicles for the showroom, sales lot, and customer deliveries.
• Identify cosmetic concerns and help maintain our dealership's quality standards.
• Work alongside our sales and service teams to keep vehicles moving efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Learn the day-to-day operations of a busy automotive dealership.

Requirements

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Someone who takes pride in their work and pays attention to the little things.
• Dependable, motivated individuals who show up ready to work.
• A team player who can work with urgency and take ownership of responsibilities.
• A valid driver's license.
• No prior automotive or detailing experience required!
