Automotive Detailer - Car Washer - Fresno Downtown - Part Time

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a part time Automotive Detailer. This position pays $18.50/Hr. and is located at 1122 N. ABBY FRESNO, CA 93701. This position requires a CA driver's license.

  • Monday to Friday: 1pm - 6pm
  • Saturday (rotating): 9:00am - 12:00pm

• You will be responsible for washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and vans, ensuring they meet our high cleanliness and safety standards for customer rentals.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior, including cars, vans, and trucks
• Check fuel level and warning lights
• Inspect windshield for damage
• Factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data
• Check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found
• Verify that registration is present, current and matches the license plate
• Check fluid levels and add as needed
• Check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth
• Inspect vehicle exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicle
• Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicle out of the prep processing as necessary
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
• Assist customers when needed, possibly transporting them to and from branches
• Help maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations
• Site appearance responsibilities include desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and other miscellaneous tasks related to daily cleanliness
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function; must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by the company now or in the future
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for any position in the last 12 months
• Will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories consistent with applicable law
