Automotive Detailer - Car Washer - MSP Airport

Enterprise Mobility is seeking responsible, dedicated people to join our team as Automotive Detailers. This position pays up to $21.75 / hour ($17.25 / hour plus monthly bonus opportunities up to $4 / hour) and is located at MSP Airport: 4901 Glumack Dr., St. Paul, MN 55111.

We are dedicated to upholding the highest cleanliness standards in the industry. As an Auto Detailer and Car Washer, you will lead our commitment to exceptional cleaning practices, exceeding standard protocols to ensure the health and safety of everyone.

You will be responsible for washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and vans, ensuring they meet our high cleanliness and safety standards for customer rentals.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior, which may include cars, vans, and trucks of different sizes
• Check fuel level and warning lights
• Inspect windshield for damage
• Factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data
• Check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found
• Verify registration is present, current and matches the license plate
• Check fluid levels and add as needed
• Check tire condition, pressure and tread depth
• Inspect vehicle exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicle
• Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicle out of the prep processing as necessary
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
• Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to and from branch locations
• Help maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations: desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot and other miscellaneous cleanliness tasks
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the last 3 years will disqualify from employment
• More than 2 moving violations on driving record in the last 3 years will disqualify from employment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company now or in the future

Schedule

• Saturday-Wednesday 6:00am-2:30pm
• Thursday-Monday 2:30pm-11:00pm
