Automotive Detailer / Car Washer

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join its team as an Automotive Detailer. Part-time and full-time positions are available. This position pays $13.75 / hour and is located at 2125 West Sunset Springdale, AR 72762.

The company is dedicated to upholding the highest cleanliness standards in the industry. As an Auto Detailer and Car Washer, you will lead its commitment to exceptional cleaning practices, exceeding standard protocols to ensure the health and safety of everyone.

You will be responsible for washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and vans, ensuring they meet the cleanliness and safety standards for customer rentals.

Full-time schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm and Saturdays 9:00am - 12:00pm, with a rotating half day off during the week.

Part-time schedule: Monday 8am-6pm, Friday 8am-6pm, and Saturday 9am-12pm.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
• Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors. Vehicles may include cars of different sizes, as well as vans and trucks.
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect the windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found; verify that registration is present, current, and matches the license plate.
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for any safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or vehicle, windshield, or tire damage; pull vehicles out of the prep processing as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors.
• Assist customers when needed. May transport customers to and from the branches.
• Help maintain overall site appearance, including general cleaning of the interior and exterior of branch locations. Site appearance responsibilities include desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and any other miscellaneous tasks related to the daily cleanliness of the branch location.
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past 3 years for full-time positions, or no more than 1 moving violation and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past 3 years for part-time positions.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on the driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by the company for this position now or in the future.
• Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.
