Automotive Detailer - Car Washer

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full time Automotive Detailer. This position pays $17.25 per hour based on a 40 hour workweek and is located at 3544 Southwestern Blvd Orchard Park, NY 14127.

Schedule:

• Sunday OFF
• Monday 8am-6pm
• Tuesday 8am-6pm
• Wednesday 8am-6pm
• Thursday 8am-6pm
• Friday 8am-6pm
• Saturday OFF

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicles' exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks.
• Check fuel levels and warning lights.
• Inspect windshields for damage.
• Factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data.
• Check for customer items and place valuables in Lost & Found.
• Verify that registration is present, current and matches the license plate.
• Check fluid levels and add as needed.
• Check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth.
• Inspect vehicle exterior for damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for safety concerns and report any warning lights or damage.
• Pull vehicles out of the prep process as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area; report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools like carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors.
• Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to and from branches.
• Help maintain overall site appearance including cleaning interior and exterior of branch locations.
• Site responsibilities include cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and other miscellaneous daily cleanliness tasks.
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by the company now or in the future.
• Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.
