Automotive Detailer - Car Washer

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full time Automotive Detailer. The starting rate of pay is $15 / hour based on a 40 hour workweek. This position is located at 1298 OH 125, Amelia, OH 45102.

Schedule

• Sunday: 9:00am-2:00pm (alternating with flex day)
• Monday: 7:00am-4:00pm
• Tuesday: 7:00am-4:00pm
• Wednesday: 7:00am-4:00pm
• Thursday: 7:00am-4:00pm
• Friday: 7:00am-4:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am-2:00pm (alternating with flex day)

Responsibilities

• Lead a commitment to exceptional cleaning practices, exceeding standard protocols to ensure health and safety.
• Wash, clean, sanitize, inspect, and prepare various vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans.
• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols.
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior.
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle settings; check for customer items, place valuables in Lost & Found.
• Verify vehicle registration.
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; inspect tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; check vehicle exterior for damage.
• Fuel and stage the vehicle.
• Inspect vehicle for safety concerns; report any warning lights and damage; pull vehicle out of prep processing if necessary.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area; report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools like carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers.
• Assist customers and possibly transport them to and from branches.
• Maintain site appearance including cleaning interior and exterior branch locations, desks, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, and parking lot.
• Seek to improve job performance via self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• At least six consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for employment-based work permits now or in the future.
