Automotive Detailer - Car Washer

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full time Automotive Detailer. The starting compensation for this job is $17 per hour based on a 40 hour workweek. Employees can earn yearly merit increases based on performance. The position is located at 602 N Easton Rd Glenside, PA 19038.

The schedule available is: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm

We are dedicated to upholding the highest cleanliness standards in the industry. As an Auto Detailer and Car Washer, you will lead our commitment to exceptional cleaning practices, exceeding standard protocols to ensure the health and safety of everyone.

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, sanitize, inspect, and prepare a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and vans, to meet high cleanliness and safety standards for customer rentals.
• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols.
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans, and trucks.
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer items and place valuables in Lost & Found; verify registration matches license plate and is current.
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicles.
• Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report warning lights, vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicle out of prep processing as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area; report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools like carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors.
• Assist customers when needed, including transporting customers to and from branches.
• Help maintain overall site appearance including cleaning of interiors and exteriors of branch locations.
• Perform desktop, countertop, phone, floor, trash, bathrooms cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping lot and other daily cleanliness tasks.
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Minimum six (6) consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience.
• Must live within a reasonable commute of no more than 30 minutes to the location within 30 days of start date.
