Automotive Detailer - Car Washer

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full time Automotive Detailer. The starting rate of pay is $15 / hour based on a 40 hour workweek. This position is located at 2230 US Hwy 35, Beavercreek, OH 45434.

Schedule available:

• Sunday: 8:00am-12:30pm
• Monday: 7:00am-5:00pm
• Tuesday: 7:30am-5:30pm
• Wednesday: 7:30am-5:30pm
• Thursday: OFF (flex day 1:30pm-5:30pm when working Saturday)
• Friday: 7:00am-5:00pm
• Saturday: OFF (Alternating 8:00am-12:30pm)

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, sanitize, inspect, and prepare various vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans, ensuring they meet cleanliness and safety standards for customer rentals.
• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols.
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior.
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data.
• Check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found.
• Verify registration is present, current and matches the license plate.
• Check fluid levels and add as needed.
• Check tire condition, pressure and tread depth.
• Inspect vehicle exterior for damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicle.
• Inspect vehicle for safety concerns; report any warnings or damage.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools like carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers.
• Assist customers when needed and may transport customers to and from branches.
• Help maintain overall site appearance including cleaning interior and exterior of branch locations.
• Site cleaning duties include desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping lots, and other daily cleanliness tasks.
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
• Maintain a regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
