Automotive Detailer - Car Washer

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a part time Automotive Detailer. The starting rate of pay is $16 / hour based on a 25 hour work week and is located at 2507 State St Erie, PA 16503.

We are dedicated to upholding the highest cleanliness standards in the industry. As an Auto Detailer and Car Washer, you will lead our commitment to exceptional cleaning practices, exceeding standard protocols to ensure the health and safety of everyone.

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, sanitize, inspect, and prepare a variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans
• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
• Wash, clean, and dry the vehicle's exterior
• Check fuel level and warning lights
• Inspect windshield for damage
• Factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data
• Check for customer items and place valuables in Lost & Found
• Verify registration is present, current, and matches license plate
• Check fluid levels and add as needed
• Check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth
• Inspect vehicle exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicle
• Inspect vehicle for safety concerns and report issues; pull vehicle out of prep as necessary
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and report unsafe/hazardous conditions
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers
• Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to/from branches
• Help maintain overall site appearance including cleaning interiors and exteriors of branch locations, desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and other daily cleanliness tasks
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Schedule

• Monday: 7:30am-5:30pm
• Tuesday: OFF
• Wednesday: OFF
• Thursday: 1:00pm-6:00pm
• Friday: 9:00am-6:00pm
• Saturday: 10:30am-2:00pm

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by company for this position now or in the future
• Must be at least 18 years old
