Automotive Detailer - Car Washer

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full time Automotive Detailer at the Asheville Airport location (61 Terminal Dr #1, Fletcher, NC 28732).

About the role

The starting pay rate is $17.00 per hour based on a 40-hour workweek. The schedule is:

• Sunday: 12:00pm-8:30pm
• Monday: 12:00pm-8:30pm
• Tuesday: OFF
• Wednesday: OFF
• Thursday: 12:00pm-8:30pm
• Friday: 12:00pm-8:30pm
• Saturday: 12:00pm-8:30pm

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
• Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors including cars, trucks, and vans.
• Check fuel level and warning lights.
• Inspect windshield for damage.
• Factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data.
• Check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found.
• Verify that registration is present, current, and matches the license plate.
• Check fluid levels and add as needed.
• Check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth.
• Inspect vehicle exterior for damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicles.
• Inspect vehicle for safety concerns; report any warning lights, vehicle/windshield/tire damage.
• Pull vehicle out of prep if necessary.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area; report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors.
• Assist customers when needed, including transportation to/from branches.
• Help maintain overall site appearance including cleaning interiors and exteriors of branch locations (desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot).
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must live within a 45 minute commute to AVL (Asheville airport).
