Automotive Detailer - Car Washer

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Full Time Automotive Detailer. This position pays $17 / hour and is located at 1321 Creston Park Drive, Janesville WI 53545.

About the role

The available schedule is: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30pm and rotating Saturday 9:00am-12:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior (cars, vans, trucks)
• Check fuel level and warning lights
• Inspect windshield for damage
• Factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data
• Check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found
• Verify registration is present, current and matches the license plate
• Check fluid levels and add as needed
• Check tire condition, pressure and tread depth
• Inspect vehicle exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicle
• Inspect vehicle for safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or damage
• Pull vehicle out of prep process if necessary
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area; report any unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
• Assist customers when needed, including transporting them to and from branches
• Help maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of branch interiors and exteriors
• Site appearance duties include: desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot and other related cleaning tasks

Additional Responsibilities

• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future
• Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience
