Automotive Detailer - Car Washer

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Part-Time Automotive Detailer. The starting rate of pay is $17 / hour based on a 40 hour workweek and is located at 33 Quarry Lane, Lexington, VA 24450.

The Available Schedule:

• Sunday: OFF
• Monday: 7:00am-5:00pm
• Tuesday: 8:00am-12:00pm
• Wednesday: OFF
• Thursday: 8:00am-12:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
• Saturday: OFF

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior - cars, vans, trucks
• Check fuel level and warning lights
• Inspect windshield for damage
• Factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data
• Check for customer items and place valuables in Lost & Found
• Verify registration is present, current, and matches license plate
• Check fluid levels and add as needed
• Check tire condition, pressure and tread depth
• Inspect exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicle
• Inspect vehicle for safety concerns and report any warnings or damage
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and report unsafe conditions
• Operate tools like carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers
• Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to/from branches
• Help maintain overall site appearance including cleaning interiors and exteriors of branch locations
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
• Seek to improve job performance through training, self-assessment, and goal setting
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on record in past 3 years
• Driving record points cannot exceed 8 total points
• No drug or alcohol-related violations (DUI, DWI) in the past 3 years
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
• At least six (6) consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience
