Automotive Detailer - Car Washer

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a part time Automotive Detailer at 7519 Preston Hwy, Louisville, KY 40219. The starting rate of pay is $14/hour based on a 25 hour workweek.

We are dedicated to upholding the highest cleanliness standards in the industry. As an Auto Detailer and Car Washer, you will lead our commitment to exceptional cleaning practices, exceeding standard protocols to ensure the health and safety of everyone.

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, sanitize, inspect, and prepare a variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans.
• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior per industry-standard protocols.
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior.
• Check fuel level and warning lights.
• Inspect windshield for damage.
• Factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data.
• Check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found.
• Verify registration is present, current and matches the license plate.
• Check fluid levels and add as needed.
• Check tire condition, pressure and tread depth.
• Inspect vehicle exterior for damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicle.
• Inspect vehicle for safety concerns; report warning lights, vehicle/windshield/tire damage.
• Pull vehicle out of prep processing as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, report unsafe/hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers.
• Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to and from branches.
• Maintain overall site appearance including cleaning interior and exterior branch areas.
• Job-related miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, training, and goal setting.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 1 moving violation and/or at-fault accident in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without need for sponsorship.
• Minimum six (6) consecutive months prior work/organizational experience.
