Automotive Detailer - Car Washer

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full time Automotive Detailer located at 7823 Sudley Rd Manassas, VA 20109.

About the role

The position pays $18/hour with yearly merit increases based on performance. The schedule is full time, 40 hours per week, with the following hours:

• Monday 7:30 am - 6:00 pm
• Tuesday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Thursday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Friday 7:30 am - 6:00 pm
• Saturday 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
• Wash, clean and dry vehicles' exterior including cars, vans, and trucks
• Check fuel level and warning lights
• Inspect windshield for damage
• Factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data
• Check for customer items and place valuables in Lost & Found
• Verify registration is present, current, and matches license plate
• Check fluid levels and add as needed
• Check tire condition, pressure and tread depth
• Inspect vehicle exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicle
• Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report warning lights, vehicle/windshield/tire damage
• Pull vehicle out of prep processing as necessary
• Maintain clean and orderly work area; report unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Operate carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
• Assist customers as needed; may transport customers to/from branches
• Maintain overall site appearance including cleaning interiors and exteriors of branch locations
• Site appearance duties include cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping lot, and related tasks

• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have valid driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship
• Satisfactory background check including driving record (no more than 2 moving violations/at fault accidents in past 3 years, no DUI/DWI in last 3 years), employment references, education verification, and social security check
• Under 25-minute commute during rush hour preferred
• Minimum six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience
