Automotive Detailer - Car Washer

Enterprise Mobility is seeking responsible, dedicated people to join our team as full time and part time Automotive Detailers. This position pays $16 / hour (employees can earn yearly merit increases based on performance) based on either a 40 hour work week (for full time) or 25 hour work week (for part time) and is located at 11 Blandin Avenue Framingham, MA 01702.

Schedule

• Full time Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
• May include weekend hours: Saturday or Sunday, 8:30 am – 1:00 pm
• Part time Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 1:00 pm
• May include weekend hours: Saturday or Sunday, 8:30 am – 1:00 pm
• ORM Monday to Friday, 12:30 pm - 6:00 pm
• May include weekend hours: Saturday or Sunday, 8:30 am – 1:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior, including cars, vans, and trucks
• Check fuel level and warning lights
• Inspect windshield for damage
• Factory reset/restore vehicle setting to clear prior customer data
• Check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found
• Verify that registration is present, current and matches the license plate
• Check fluid levels and add as needed
• Check tire condition, pressure and tread depth
• Inspect vehicle exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicle
• Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage
• Pull vehicle out of the prep processing as necessary
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
• Assist customers when needed and may transport customers to and from the branches
• Help maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations
• Daily cleaning tasks including desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
• Authorized to work in the United States without work authorization sponsorship
• At least 18 years old
