Automotive Detailer - Car Washer

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full time Automotive Detailer. The rate of pay is $16 / hour based on a 40 hour work week and is located at 859 Boston Providence Turnpike Norwood, MA 02062.

• Sunday 8:30 am - 1:00 pm or Saturday 8:30 am - 1:00 pm
• Monday 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Tuesday flexible
• Wednesday flexible

• Friday 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Saturday 8:30 am - 1:00 pm or Sunday 8:30 am - 1:00 pm

While the schedule listed above is preferred, we are willing to explore flexible scheduling options and can discuss availability in more detail during the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols
• Wash, clean and dry exterior of cars, trucks, vans
• Check fuel level and warning lights, inspect windshield for damage
• Factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data
• Check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found
• Verify registration is present, current and matches license plate
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure and tread depth
• Inspect vehicle exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicle
• Inspect vehicle for safety concerns; report any warning lights, damage; pull vehicle out of prep if needed
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area; report unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
• Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to and from branches
• Help maintain overall site appearance including cleaning interiors, exteriors, desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping lot
• Perform miscellaneous daily cleanliness tasks related to branch location

• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in past 5 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by the company for this position now or in the future
• Must be at least 18 years old
