Automotive Detailer - Car Washer

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full time Automotive Detailer at Shreveport Airport: 5103 Hollywood Ave Shreveport, LA 71109.

About the role

This position pays $13.75/hour and includes the following incentives:

• Additional $0.50/hour from 6PM – close any day of the week
• Additional $0.50/hour all day Sundays

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, sanitize, inspect, and prepare a variety of vehicles (cars, trucks, vans) to meet cleanliness and safety standards for customer rentals
• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
• Wash, clean and dry vehicle exterior
• Check fuel level and warning lights
• Inspect windshield for damage
• Factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data
• Check for customer items and place valuable items in Lost & Found
• Verify registration is present, current and matches license plate
• Check fluid levels and add as needed
• Check tire condition, pressure and tread depth
• Inspect vehicle exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicle
• Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report warning lights, vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicle out of prep processing if necessary
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
• Assist customers when needed and may transport customers to/from branches
• Help maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations (desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot)
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in past 5 years
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future
• At least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience
