Automotive Detailer - Car Washer

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full time Automotive Detailer at 6716 Manlius Center Rd East Syracuse, NY 13057. This position pays $17.25/hour based on a 40-hour workweek.

The schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 6:00pm daily.

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols
• Clean, wash and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans, and trucks
• Check fuel level and warning lights
• Inspect windshield for damage
• Factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data
• Check for customer items and place valuables in Lost & Found
• Verify vehicle registration presence, currency, and matching license plate
• Check fluid levels, tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; add fluids as needed
• Fuel and stage vehicle
• Inspect vehicle for safety concerns, report any warning lights or damage
• Remove unsafe vehicles from prep processing
• Maintain clean and orderly work area; report unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Operate tools like carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair and odors
• Assist customers and may transport customers to/from branches
• Help maintain overall site appearance including cleaning interiors and exteriors of branch locations
• General cleaning tasks: desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot

• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol convictions on driving record in the past 5 years
• At least six (6) consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience
• Minimum age of 18
• Authorization to work in the United States without need for company sponsorship now or in the future
