Automotive Detailer - Car Washer

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full time Automotive Detailer. The starting rate of pay is $15.50 / hour based on a 40 hour workweek and is located at 3080 University Pkwy Winston Salem NC 27105.

Schedule

• Sunday: OFF
• Monday: 7:30AM-6:00PM
• Tuesday: 10:00AM-6:00PM
• Wednesday: 10:00AM-6:00PM
• Thursday: 10:00AM-6:00PM
• Friday: OFF
• Saturday: 7:30AM-12:00PM

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans, and trucks
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage
• Factory reset or restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data
• Check for customer items and place valuables in Lost & Found
• Verify registration is present, current and matches license plate
• Check fluid levels and add as needed
• Check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicles
• Inspect for safety concerns; report warning lights, vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicle out of prep if necessary
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area; report unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors
• Assist customers when needed, including transporting customers to/from branches
• Help maintain overall site appearance including cleaning interior, exterior, desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in past 5 years
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future
