Automotive Detailer - PM Shift at CarMax 🚗
Join CarMax in a dynamic role where you'll perform cosmetic and final quality inspections, vehicle cleaning, paint touch-ups, wet sanding, and buffing to CarMax standards. You'll be part of a team focused on continuous improvement, training, and delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include standardized work processes, defect identification, auction support, and vehicle movement.
Requirements: Training completion including KRONOS, competency model adherence, workstation certifications, lifting up to 50 lbs, effective communication, and adherence to safety standards.
Work environment: Indoor/outdoor, variable weather, standing/walking for extended periods.
Compensation: $21.28 - $24.10 per hour with comprehensive benefits including paid sick, vacation, holidays, and more.
