About the role
An automotive detail supervisor ensures proper job execution by managing workflow, training new hires, creating and managing team schedules, and fulfilling customers' expectations.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and workflow within the shop.
- Control and maintain labor cost expenditures to maximize profitability.
- Drive productivity while consistently meeting quality expectations.
- Coach and develop a team of Detailers and car wash attendants.
- Oversee employees' day-to-day performance.
- Ensure the job is executed safely.
- Be responsible for quality control.
- Manage all necessary product inventory and equipment needed to perform the required duties.
