About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join the team as a full-time Automotive Detailer. This position starts at $15 / hour and is located at 4310 E 96TH ST INDIANAPOLIS, IN 46240.

The team is dedicated to upholding cleanliness standards in the industry. As an Auto Detailer and Car Washer, you will lead the commitment to cleaning practices, exceeding standard protocols to ensure the health and safety of everyone.

You will wash, clean, sanitize, inspect and prepare a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks and vans, ensuring they meet cleanliness and safety standards for customer rentals.

Schedules Available

• Sunday: 8:00am-3:00pm (every other weekend)
• Monday: 10:00am-7:00pm
• Tuesday: 10:00am-7:00pm
• Wednesday: 10:00am-7:00pm
• Thursday: 10:00am-7:00pm
• Friday: 10:00am-7:00pm
• Saturday: 7:00am-4:00pm (every other weekend)

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
• Wash, clean and dry vehicle exteriors. Vehicles may include cars of different sizes, vans and trucks.
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshields for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found; verify that registration is present, current and matches the license plate.
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure and tread depth; inspect vehicle exteriors for damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for safety concerns; report warning lights and/or vehicle, windshield or tire damage; pull vehicles out of prep processing as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair and odors.
• Assist customers when needed. May transport customers to and from the branches.
• Help maintain overall site appearance, including general cleaning of the interior and exteriors of branch locations.
• Site appearance responsibilities include desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot and any other miscellaneous tasks related to the daily cleanliness of the branch location.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 2 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by the company for this position now or in the future.
