About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join its team as a full-time Automotive Detailer. The starting rate of pay is $16 / hour based on a 40 hour workweek. The position is located at 8400 Airport BLVD Mobile, AL 36608.

The company is dedicated to upholding cleanliness standards in the industry. As an Auto Detailer and Car Washer, you will help uphold its cleaning practices, exceeding standard protocols to ensure the health and safety of everyone.

You will wash, clean, sanitize, inspect and prepare a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks and vans, ensuring they meet cleanliness and safety standards for customer rentals.

The company is hiring for immediate openings.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
• Wash, clean and dry vehicle exteriors. This might include cars of different sizes, as well as vans and trucks.
• Check fuel levels and warning lights; inspect windshields for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found; verify that registration is present, current and matches the license plate.
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure and tread depth; inspect vehicle exteriors for damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for any safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or vehicle, windshield or tire damage; pull vehicles out of the prep processing as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair and odors.
• Assist customers when needed. May transport customers to and from the branches.
• Help maintain overall site appearance, including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations.
• Site appearance responsibilities include desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot and any other miscellaneous tasks related to the daily cleanliness of the branch location.
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
• Candidates with more than 1 excessive speeding violation (defined as 26 or more miles per hour over the posted speed limit) on their driving record within the last 3 years will be disqualified from consideration.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past five years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by the company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 30 minutes from this location.
• Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Schedules available:

• Thursday through Monday: 2pm-10pm
• Wednesday through Sunday: 2pm-10pm
• Wednesday through Sunday: 10am-6pm
