As a Feature Assurance Engineer, you will lead end-to-end validation and quality assurance for critical automotive features, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure safety, performance, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance. This role is pivotal in driving testing strategies, issue resolution, and continuous improvement to meet milestone targets and deliver high-quality automotive products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead feature validation, signoff, and test planning
- Manage defect triage and resolution
- Ensure compliance with functional safety and cybersecurity standards
- Maintain detailed documentation and reporting using JIRA
- Provide lifecycle and field support for launched features
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering (Electrical, Automotive, Computer Science, etc.)
- Experience in embedded systems feature validation
- Knowledge of ISO 26262, cybersecurity principles, and validation tools (HiL, vehicle testing)
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
