Finance Director Position at Sheehy VW of Springfield

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the F&I team to meet performance goals
- Support Sales team with transaction structuring
- Maintain strong lender relationships and ensure regulatory compliance
- Deliver training on finance, insurance, and extended services
- Collaborate on finance and sales forecasting
Requirements
- 3-5 years automotive finance management experience
- Preferred Reynolds & Reynolds experience
- Strong leadership and training skills
- MS Office proficiency
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks
