Are you an experienced automotive Finance & Insurance professional looking to join a Fortune 500 company? We are seeking a dedicated F&I Manager to provide exceptional customer service, assist customers in selecting vehicle protection products, and secure financing approvals. This role requires accuracy in paperwork and collaboration with lenders and sales teams to ensure smooth vehicle purchase transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present protection packages and benefits to customers
- Build and maintain relationships with lenders for best financing options
- Accurately process vehicle purchase paperwork and comply with regulatory requirements
- Track and collect receivables
- Engage with sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction
- Obtain licensing within 90 days of hire
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years dealership finance experience
- Automotive sales management experience is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
