Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager (F&I)
Join Serra Champaign in Savoy, IL as an F&I Manager where you'll guide customers to financing solutions and protection plans that fit their needs, finalizing deals with integrity to maintain strong lender relationships. Responsibilities include: determining financing needs, presenting service contracts and ancillary products, preparing and finalizing deals legally, and meeting monthly income and customer satisfaction targets. Strong customer service skills, self-motivation, attention to detail, and valid driver's license required. Background check and drug screen will be conducted.
