Key Responsibilities:
- Manage dealership F&I compliance and sales processes
- Sell vehicle protection plans
- Collaborate with General Managers to meet F&I goals
- Maintain strong finance source relationships
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years in automotive finance management
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds, RouteOne, eLeads preferred
- Strong leadership, paperwork proficiency, and computer skills
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
