Your Role:
- Secure vehicle sales and maintain front-end gross
- Follow company F&I policies and maintain selling standards
- Build relationships with lenders and ensure accurate paperwork
- Manage daily operations, forecasts, and team meetings
Requirements:
- 2+ years in F&I, financial services sales, or auto sales
- Preferred bilingual in Spanish
- High School diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong communication skills with professional appearance
