Automotive Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist department managers in leading and directing the entire Sales Staff while working as a Finance Manager.
• Arrange financing for customer purchases and present additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
• Structure deals proficiently for profitability and funding.
• Accurately desk deals, submit them to lenders for approval, and effectively close them.
• Prepare paperwork and contracts, and deliver deals accurately.
• Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts.

Requirements

• Must have auto dealership experience as a Finance & Insurance Manager.
• Extensive automotive management experience and references.
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency.
• Automotive-specific computer knowledge preferred (Reynolds & Reynolds), but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Must possess the ability to close.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, and drug test.
• Must possess and demonstrate personal and professional integrity.
