Are you an experienced and motivated F&I Manager ready to drive success? We are looking for someone who can manage and maximize income within the F&I department by expertly handling financing and insurance sales. This role involves working closely with customers to finalize vehicle sales and ensure outstanding satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer financing and insurance options to customers
- Build strong relationships with lenders and insurance providers
- Manage financing paperwork with accuracy
- Ensure customer data integrity
- Address customer issues for high satisfaction
What We Expect:
- Minimum 2 years F&I Manager experience
- In-depth knowledge of financing and insurance products
- Excellent communication & multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- CDK system experience is a plus
