Role Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales quotas and gross profit goals
- Sell financing, insurance, and aftermarket products
- Develop strong finance relationships and manage paperwork
- Lead and train the sales team
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; finance experience preferred
- Excellent communication and professional appearance
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Pass pre-employment background and drug tests
Compensation:
- $5k monthly draw
- Commission potential up to $360k annually
