We're looking for an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to structure and close vehicle deals, secure lender approvals, and present aftermarket products, all while delivering an excellent, compliant customer experience.
Location: 2375 State Road 44, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168
Pay: From $100,000 per year, plus performance bonus
Job type: Full-time, in person
Responsibilities
- Structure retail and lease deals and submit applications to banks, credit unions and captive lenders (including GM Financial)
- Build and maintain strong lender relationships to maximize approvals and rate
- Present and sell F&I products such as extended service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans and appearance protection using a transparent menu process
- Prepare, review and execute all deal paperwork accurately
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (TILA, Reg Z, ECOA, OFAC, Red Flags, Privacy, Florida requirements)
- Fund deals quickly and resolve contracts-in-transit
- Partner with sales managers on desking, deal structure and customer retention
- Meet or exceed PVR, product penetration and CSI goals
Requirements
- 2+ years of automotive F&I experience (high-volume franchise store preferred)
- Proven track record of PVR and product penetration
- Strong knowledge of lender guidelines and deal structuring
- Experience with CDK Global and/or Reynolds and Reynolds, RouteOne or DealerTrack
- Thorough understanding of F&I compliance
- High integrity, professionalism and strong customer focus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
