The role requires financial literacy, leadership skills to coach sales teams, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What You'll Do:
- Drive profitability through compliant financial operations
- Forecast monthly sales and income objectives with sales team
- Coach salespeople to optimize sales and profits
- Provide training and conduct sales meetings
- Ensure accurate, timely, and organized paperwork

- Dealership management experience
