Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through the financing and F&I process from approval to delivery
• Structure and close deals while working with lenders to secure competitive financing
• Present and sell finance, warranty, protection, and aftermarket products
• Ensure accurate contracts, documentation, funding, and compliance
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders and dealership partners
• Work closely with Sales and Management to move deals efficiently
• Deliver a professional, transparent, and positive customer experience
• Follow dealership policies and all applicable state and federal regulations

We're looking for a proven F&I professional with:

• A demonstrated ability to structure and close deals
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing and lender programs
• Experience presenting finance, warranty, protection, and aftermarket products
• Strong understanding of dealership compliance and documentation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A track record of professionalism, integrity, and results
• The ability to work effectively with Sales, Management, and lenders
